Plovdiv Run 2027 event rules

These rules contain the confirmed dates, distances, fees and registration rules. Start times, cutoff times and the times and location for race pack collection have not yet been determined and will be published later. The insurer has not been selected; the insured sums and insurance terms also have yet to be published. While entries are open, registration is available before these details are announced.

Dates, distances and age

Plovdiv Run 2027 takes place in Plovdiv from 16 to 18 April 2027. The races take place at the Plovdiv Rowing Base. There is no lower age limit for participation. Every runner under 18 requires consent from a parent or legal representative. A participant aged 14–17 personally accepts the terms and health declaration through their own account. For a child under 14, their parent or legal representative does this through their own account. The signed parent or guardian consent declaration must be presented when collecting a race pack for every runner under 18.

Early prices apply until 31 December 2026; standard prices until 28 February 2027; late prices until 31 March 2027. Registration closes on 31 March 2027 at 23:59:59 Sofia time.

Entries, teams and gifts

One purchaser may pay for several entries at different distances in one order. Each participant has a separate registration and confirmation. When the purchaser registers together with at least two friends, the standard group offer gives a 20% discount only on the purchaser’s own individual entry. The current offer, its validity period and the final amount are shown before payment.

The corporate relay has four active participants and, optionally, one reserve. The reserve receives neither a fifth race number nor a separate race pack. A company may pay for several teams in one order and invoice. All included active and reserve participants must be named and must have completed the required details and applicable declarations before payment. Permitted changes may be made until 31 March 2027 at 23:59:59 Sofia time.

A gift entry is for a named participant and a selected distance. Before the purchaser pays, the recipient opens a personal link, verifies their email, completes or checks their details and personally accepts the terms and health declaration. A parent or legal representative acts for a recipient aged under 14. Unnamed entries to be completed after payment are not sold. The purchaser does not declare another adult’s health condition.

A parent or legal representative acts for a participant aged under 14. A participant aged 14–17 has their own account and personally accepts the terms and health declaration before payment. For every runner under 18, the parent or legal representative’s details and consent must be provided before payment; the signed parent or guardian consent declaration must be presented at race pack collection. The form is provided before payment. Payment confirms the completed online registration; verification of the signed form remains a condition for collecting the pack. Once a participant turns 14, personal access transfers to the participant’s verified email, while previously accepted documents are retained.

Codes, prices and invitations

Partner codes are subject to their announced validity period, eligible distances and categories, and maximum number of uses. By default, only one price discount applies per entry; discounts may be combined only where the offer’s terms expressly allow this. Package prices for several corporate teams apply only when published.

A saved unpaid order holds the current base price for 48 hours. Its expiry time is visible in the order. After it expires, the amount is recalculated before payment is started. An unpaid invitation or shared link does not earn a reward. A referral counts when the referred friend independently pays for an individual registration. Cancellation or a refund causes the corresponding progress and unclaimed rewards to be recalculated. Specific gifts and the conditions for collecting them are announced separately; an unannounced reward is not promised.

Withdrawal and changes

The deadline for withdrawing, changing distance or transferring a registration is 31 March 2027 at 23:59:59 Sofia time. Requests should be sent to support@plovdiv.run. Refunds and additional payments follow the General Terms and Conditions. No refund is given for later withdrawal or failure to attend.

If start times, cutoff times, race pack collection arrangements or insurance terms announced later materially affect a participant’s ability to take part, they may withdraw within 14 days of notification and receive a full refund of the fee paid. This right also applies after 31 March 2027. Refunds are made within 14 days using the original payment method. Registered participants will be notified when these details are published.
